Banana oatmeal pancakes [Recipe]

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, add the ripe bananas, eggs, rolled oats, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
- Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles start to form on the surface.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
