Grilled lemon herb shrimp skewers [Recipe]

Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Thread the shrimp on skewers.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and your choice of side dishes.
