Hand (or grip) strength is closely associated with overall health and wellbeing. Hand and wrist strength is also important for performing everyday tasks.

Try out the following exercises to boost your hand strength:

  • Closing and opening your fist
  • Squeezing a tennis ball
  • Stretching a rubber band looped around your fingers
  • Squeezing putty or a foam ball with your fingers and thumb
