My mind wanders during meditation. Am I doing it ‘wrong’?

It is completely normal for your mind to wander while meditating. In fact, it's one of the most common experiences people have during meditation. The goal of meditation is not to stop your thoughts or to empty your mind, but rather to develop a more mindful and non-judgmental awareness of your thoughts and feelings.

When you notice that your mind has wandered, simply bring your attention back to your breath or whatever anchor you're using for your meditation practice. Don't judge yourself or get frustrated if your mind keeps wandering. Just gently redirect your focus and continue with your practice.

It's also important to remember that meditation is a skill that takes time and practice to develop. If you find yourself struggling to stay focused during your meditation sessions, try starting with shorter sessions and gradually increasing the length as you become more comfortable with the practice.
