The benefits of reading before bed

The things that you do right before you go to bed can impact your sleep quality and quantity. This makes it important to find activities that relax your body and mind, and prepare you for a great night of sleep.

Some people like to do stretches while others prefer to meditate. These are great bedtime activities but there’s another important one…reading!

Grabbing a book before bed provides a number of benefits, including:
