Try this triceps exercise

Want to grow your triceps? Good news! You don’t necessarily need to lift heavy weights to develop your triceps muscles, especially if you’re a beginner at strength training.  You can train in the comfort of your own home using just your body weight.

One of the most effective exercises that target the back of your arms is tricep dips. To perform this exercise, follow these steps:

  1. Get a chair, step, sofa, or bench and sit on it.  Make certain it is stable and will not move during the exercise
  2. Shuffle yourself off the chair (or whatever you’re using) so that only your palms are resting on it and the rest of your body is supported by your hands and feet.
  3. Slowly lower yourself down towards the ground, keeping your head up and your spine neutral. Stop when your elbows are bent at 90 degrees.
  4. Squeeze your triceps to bring yourself back up to the e starting position.
  5. Repeat this movement for your desired number of reps and sets.
