What can I do besides meditating?

Meditation provides a range of health benefits. It can help to lower stress and anxiety, improve self-awareness, and lower the risk of disease. But as with most things, it’s not for everybody.

If you do not enjoy meditation you will struggle to follow a regular meditation practice. Luckily, there are alternatives to meditation that provide some of the same great benefits. One of the most popular alternatives is yoga. Plus, there are different types of yoga to try, including Ashtanga, Hatha,  Restorative and hot yoga, so you can find a practice that is just right for you.

Give yoga a try, and you will hopefully notice that you start to feel calmer and more relaxed.  Plus,  you will ideally also notice a boost in your muscular strength and tone.
