Baked lemon garlic cod [Recipe]

Ingredients
- 4 cod filets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place the cod filets in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
