Berry spinach smoothie [Recipe]

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no visible chunks of spinach or fruit.
  • If desired, taste the smoothie and add sugar or honey for sweetness.
  • Blend again briefly to incorporate the sweetener.
