Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no visible chunks of spinach or fruit.
- If desired, taste the smoothie and add sugar or honey for sweetness.
- Blend again briefly to incorporate the sweetener.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
