Can you get vitamin D in foods?

- Fortified dairy products, such as dairy milk, vegan milk, yogurt, cheese, orange juice, and breakfast cereals.
- Egg yolks contain small amounts of vitamin D. The total vitamin D content can vary depending on the diet and exposure to sunlight of the chickens that laid the eggs.
