Cranberry oatmeal cookies [Recipe]

Ingredients
- Rolled oats
- Whole wheat flour
- Dried cranberries
- Honey
- Coconut oil (melted)
- Egg
- Baking soda
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, whole wheat flour, dried cranberries, cinnamon (optional) , baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract (optional).
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten the dough slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
