Don't ‘Set It And Forget It’

It’s easy to set a bunch of short- and long-term goals. You can write them all down in a fancy notepad and start taking action to achieve them all.

But how often do you actually go back to this notepad and take a look at the goals you’ve set for yourself? Setting goals is important, but so is revisiting these goals.

We’re all guilty of setting and forgetting. We set our goals and completely forget about them!

If we want to achieve our goals in the timeframe that we have set for ourselves, we need to keep revisiting them. Taking a look at your goals regularly will keep them at the forefront of your mind.

When you constantly remind yourself of your goals, you’re more likely to achieve them. Each day, you will remember to take one or two small steps towards your goal, and these small steps add up to make a large difference.

Ideally, you should revisit your goals at least once a week to make sure that you remember all of them and stay on track to reach them.
