Eating for hydration

We all know that water hydrates us. Making sure we drink plenty of water throughout the day can prevent dehydration and keep our bodies and brains functioning at their best. But did you know that some foods can also hydrate you?

Most foods contain water as part of their composition, but some contain much more than others. Some of the most hydrating foods include:

  • Melon
