Grilled chicken with lemon and rosemary [Recipe]

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed and chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well-coated and let it marinate for about 15-30 minutes.
- Once the grill is hot, place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving.
