Hand (or grip) strength is closely associated with overall health and well-being.  Hand and wrist strength is also important for performing everyday tasks.

Try out the following exercises to boost your hand strength:

  • Closing and opening your fist
  • Squeezing a tennis ball
  • Stretching a rubber band looped around your fingers
  • Squeezing putty or a foam ball with your fingers and thumb
