  1. Start in a squat position with your feet about shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bring your hands down to the floor so that they sit in between your feet.
  3. Shift your weight into your hands and keep them in place as you jump back with your feet, so that you’re in a press-up position.
  4. Do a press-up before jumping your feet back toward your hands.
  5. Stand up and extend your hands above your head.
  6. Return to the starting squat position.
