How to get the most out of a one-minute meditation
Being short on time doesn’t mean you can’t use meditation as a quick way to reset and relax.
Here are some easy tips to help you perform a one-minute meditation and get the most out of it:
- Find somewhere quiet and peaceful
- Find a comfortable position
- Close your eyes and focus on your own body and the light noises that you can hear around you
- Take several deep breaths, feeling your body and mind start to relax as you do so
- Acknowledge your thoughts and feelings without feeling the urge to take action on them
- Play relaxing music or follow a guided audio meditation if you find it helpful
