I’m exercising. Why am I not seeing results?
Are you one of the many people who have been consistently exercising but still not seeing the results you hoped for? You’re not alone!
It can be frustrating and demotivating to put in the hard work and see very little progress. There are a number of reasons why this might be the case, including:
- You haven’t given it enough time - results take time, be patient! You may not see visible changes for several weeks or even months, depending on your body type, fitness level, and the intensity of your workouts.
- You're not challenging yourself enough - if you're not seeing results, it may be time to step up your game. Your body quickly adapts to the same exercises, so you need to switch things up in your workouts to see results. Try increasing the weight, duration, or intensity of your workouts.
- Your diet is not aligned with your goals - nutrition is a crucial aspect of health and fitness. No matter how hard you’re working in the gym, you won’t achieve your desired results if you’re not fuelling your body with its needs.
