No bake peanut butter protein bars [Recipe]

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
- Add the peanut butter and honey to the bowl and mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Line a baking dish or tray with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press it down firmly to form an even layer.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to firm up.
- Once set, remove the mixture from the dish and cut it into desired bar shapes.
- Store the protein bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one.
