Do you spend most of your day at a computer? Then this article is for you. You may have heard about the importance of moving throughout the day and stretching your neck and shoulders to relieve tension but have you thought about your wrists?
Proper typing form is important to protect your wrists. Do not let them drop. Instead, they should be in a position that keeps them in line with the back of your hands. You can also perform wrist stretches to help with mobility.
A great one to try is the prayer stretch. Start by placing your hands together in front of you, palms and elbows touching each other. Slowly bring your elbows out to the side while lowering your hands.
