On your feet all day? Try this move.

Being on your feet all day can cause your calves to become tight and sore. Your calves are required to contract and relax every time you take a step forward, backward, or sideways, and they’re even working hard when you’re standing still.
If your job requires you to be on your feet all day, it’s a good idea to keep your calves active to encourage proper blood flow.
Try performing calf raises throughout the day. Each hour, do 10-15 calf raises on the spot. You can do them anywhere, but they’re best done on the edge of a step where you can fully stretch the calf muscles at the bottom of each rep.
