Sesame ginger tofu stir fry [Recipe]

Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)
Directions
- Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes or desired shape.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until lightly browned and crispy on all sides.
- Pour the sesame ginger sauce over the tofu and stir to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
- Serve the sesame ginger tofu stir-fry over steamed rice or noodles, or enjoy it as a protein-packed addition to a salad or bowl.
