Steamed vegetable wontons [Recipe]

Ingredients
- Wonton wrappers
- Mixed vegetables (such as carrots, cabbage, mushrooms)
- Soy sauce
- Sesame oil
- Green onions & peanuts (optional)
Directions
- Finely chop the mixed vegetables and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the bowl, and mix well to combine.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place a small spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center.
- Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water and fold it in half to form a triangle. Press the edges together to seal.
- Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers and vegetable filling.
- Place the filled wontons in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper or cabbage leaves.
- Steam the wontons for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are cooked through and tender.
- Optional: Garnish with sliced green onions and peanuts.
- Serve the steamed vegetable wontons with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as soy sauce or sweet chili sauce.
