Try this strategy when you are feeling stressed

Feeling stressed? If so, you’re not alone. It’s normal to feel stressed sometimes but when it is prolonged it can become a problem. Stress can cause headaches, anxiety, weight gain, irritability, digestive issues, sleeping troubles, reduced energy, fatigue, and chest pain.

So what can you do when you feel the symptoms of stress starting to surface? One strategy is to take a step back and dig deep to understand why you feel this way.  Being able to pinpoint the root cause of your feelings is one step towards making changes and seeking the appropriate support.
